Initial Consultation
This introductory session gives us both the opportunity to explore how somatic therapy can support you. It can last around 30 mins and is a gentle, pressure-free space to gather knowledge, ask questions and get a feel for working together.

Somatic Therapy Session (1 hour)
A one-hour session tailored to your needs and using techniques to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing and embodied connection. Each session offers a safe space to slow down and work with what arises.

The Somatic Therapy Experience
Monthly Package
Two 1-hour sessions per calendar month
A supportive monthly rhythm that offers time and space to work with your healing process. This package offers a gentle discount and as you journey through the process, a consistent supportive space throughout your month.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?
There’s no set number of sessions, each person’s journey is unique. As a guide, Steph recommends beginning with six sessions to allow the process to unfold and see how it feels. You’re free to continue or stop at any time, and when you feel ready to conclude, a final session helps bring the work to a natural close.
