Trauma-informed and body-based approach

Support for Stress, Overwhelm and Life Transitions

I specialise in supporting clients experiencing burnout, emotional overload, people-pleasing patterns, boundary challenges and the effects of difficult life experiences. Together, we work slowly and compassionately to restore balance.

Warm, Attuned and Compassionate Style
I meet you exactly where you are. My approach is relational, sensitive and grounded, offering a safe space for you to feel, process and move through your experience without pressure or judgement.

Inclusive and Welcoming

Primal Grace is an inclusive practice. I welcome clients of all identities and lived experiences, creating a space rooted in respect, safety and genuine connection.

Collaborative and Empowering Process

Therapy with me is a shared journey. You set the pace. I offer somatic tools, gentle guidance and embodied practices that help you reconnect with your inner strength and navigate life with more clarity and ease.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

There’s no set number of sessions, each person’s journey is unique. As a guide, Steph recommends beginning with six sessions to allow the process to unfold and see how it feels. You’re free to continue or stop at any time, and when you feel ready to conclude, a final session helps bring the work to a natural close.
